Shipping policy
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times and package handling are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. While we do our best to package orders carefully and ship promptly, delays or transit issues may occasionally occur that are outside of our control.
If your package arrives damaged, is lost, or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us within 48-72 hours of delivery. We will do our best to help resolve the issue.
