Refund policy

Due to the personal nature of skincare and bath products, opened or used items CANNOT be returned/refunded.

Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery with prior approval.

To request a return, please contact us at Thekrachellecollection@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
